26.The buyers shall pay 30% of the sales proceeds by telegraphic transfer. The remaining part will be paid to the sellers within 5 days after receipt of the fax concerning original B/L by the buyers.
27.The buyers shall duly accept the documentary draft drawn by the sellers at 90 days' sight upon first presentation and make payment on it's maturity. The shipping documents are to be delivered against acceptance.
28.By confirmed L/C for 100% invoice value available by sight draft ,the L/C is to reach sellers not later than May 20.
