信用证支付方式的常见合同条款形式
(1) The Buyer shall establish through a bank acceptable to the Seller irrevocable Let- ter of Credit at sight to reach the Seller before Jan.1，2018.
买方必须在2018年1月1日之前通过卖方可以接受的银行开立不可撤销的即期信用证并送达卖方。
(2) The Buyer shall establish irrevocable Letter of Credit at 60 days after B/L date, reaching the Seller not later than Dec. 30， 2018 and remaining valid for negotiation in China for further 15 days after the effected shipment.
买方必须在2018年12月30日之前开立不可撤销的、海运提单日后60天付款的远期信用证并送达卖方，在装运日之后的15天内在中国交单议付有效。
混合支付方式的常见合同条款形式
The Buyer shall pay 30% of the sales proceeds to the Seller in advance by T/T before Jan.1， 2018, pay the balance by sight L/C which should be opened before Jan.12,2018.
买方应在2018年1月1日之前把30%货款用电汇方式预付给卖方，余款通过在 2018年1月12日之前开立即期信用证支付。(前T/T+即期L/C)。
