产品介绍是客户开发信中最重要的环节。如果已经知道客户的明确需求,如需要某款服装,那么业务员就应该选取某款服装进行具体的推荐性介绍。例如,针对客户面对的市场情况、公司售卖产品的具体品位追求,结合自己公司的产品和客户可能的需求,进行有针对性的介绍。如果只拿到了客户的名片,不太清楚客户的需求,那么就将公司经营产品的整体情况,如质量标准、价格水平、打样速度、交货速度等进行介绍,尤其要突出公司的特色和亮点。例如,业务员得知客户比较重视产品质量,为了更好地展示产品质量,不妨附上相关产品的照片、过往工程案例、产品视频等。对于小件产品来说,寄样品供客户选择也是经常采取的做法。可以用如下表述来进行产品介绍:
