修改您的配送时间

Manage your delivery time

Amazon provides the estimated delivery time to buyers on the offer listing and checkout pages. This is the estimated time between when the buyer places the order until the order delivery date.

Enable the following configuration using your shipping settings:

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)

Note: Amazon calculates handling time and transit time in business days.
  • Handling Time: The estimated time between when the buyer places the order until you hand the order over to a delivery service.
  • Transit Time (also known as Shipping Time): The time elapsed between when you hand the order over to the carrier until the delivery of the order.

Configuring an accurate delivery time for your products help ensure a good customer experience and might improve sales.

  • Customers are more likely to buy items that have faster delivery.
  • Items with a faster delivery date are more likely to win the Buy Box on Amazon. For more information, see How the Buy Box Works.

Modify your delivery time


  1. Modify handling time: If you do not enter a value in the Handling time field, the Default Handling Time setting is automatically used. You can view your current default Handling Time setting in the General Shipping Settings tab of the Shipping Settings page. If you are not able to meet this requirement, you can modify your handling time to reflect the amount of time you need to prepare the order for shipment. Go to Modify handling time to learn more.
  2. Modify transit time: Edit your shipping templates within Shipping Settings to customize your transit times. To learn more, see Modify transit time
  3. Enable Premium Shipping Options, including Same-day Delivery.
  4. Enable weekend operations: Monday through Friday are considered mandatory operating days. You may turn on Saturday and Sunday as optional operating days. When turned on as an operating day, they will be considered a part of the calculation of the Estimated Ship Date, that is, you will be required to ship orders over the weekend.
  5. Weekend delivery: Currently applicable only to sellers with automated shipping templates. Amazon will automatically make a delivery promise over the weekend if the carrier enabled in your shipping template actually delivers over the weekend to the customer ZIP code.
