在某些情况下，您可能想要更改商品的默认配送设置。例如，如果您销售电视/音响类商品，那么可能不希望向某些区域配送大型家电（如电视）。您可以使用配送调整文件来调整所选商品的配送设置。

要创建配送调整文件，请执行以下步骤：

1. 下载配送调整模板。

2. 以 Microsoft Excel 或其他电子表格应用程序打开模板。

3. 要在【配送调整】选项卡中输入您的商品数据，请参阅以下表格了解示例和有效的 ShipOption（配送选项）值。

4. 输入数据后，转至【配送覆盖】选项卡并使用唯一文件名将文件保存为 Excel 文件。

5. 使用不同文件名再次将您的工作薄保存为文本 (*.txt) 文件。

6. 您可能会看到一条警告，提示选定的文件格式不支持包含多个工作表的工作簿，或文件包含与选定文本文件格式不兼容的功能。对于这两种情况，请点击【是】。

Override shipping settings using a text file template

Note: This help page does not apply to sellers who have migrated to the new shipping settings as shipping overrides are replaced by shipping templates. Learn how to migrate to the new shipping settings.

In some cases you might want to alter your default shipping settings for a product. For example, if you sell electronics, you might not want to ship a 50 lb. television to Canada. You can override shipping for selected products with a Shipping Overrides file, which is similar to the inventory file templates.

To create a shipping override, follow these steps:

1. Download the Shipping Overrides template.

2. Open the template in Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet application.

3. Enter your product data on the Shipping Overrides tab, referring to the tables below for examples and valid ShipOption values.

4. After you finish entering your data, go to the Shipping Overrides tab and save the file as an Excel file, giving it a unique name.

5. Save your workbook again, with a different name, as a text (*.txt) file.

6. You might see a warning that the selected file format does not support workbooks containing multiple worksheets, or that your file contains features incompatible with the text file format. Click Yes in both cases.

7. Go to Upload Products & Inventory and upload your file.

To remove a shipping override, follow these steps:

1. Open your saved Shipping Overrides file (the text file you originally uploaded).

2. Enter "Delete" for the ASIN in the UpdateDelete column.

3. Go to Upload Products & Inventory and re-upload your text file.

Overrides

There are two types of shipping overrides:

Exclusive:

Creates an entirely new shipping charge.

Additive:

Adds an extra charge to the current shipping charge.

Exclusive False

This example of an "Exclusive" setting allows shipping to display as 0.00.

Note: A "False" setting in column IsShippingRestricted1 in this case allows the overrides to be applied to this SKU, ShipOption (locale), Service Level, and so on.

This should be added to IsShippingRestricted2.

Exclusive True

In this example, the "True" setting prevents standard shipping from being offered on the list of SKUs.

Additive False

This example of an "Additive" setting allows shipping to display the standard shipping amount plus the additive amount.

Since Type1 is "Additive," ShippingAmt1 ($18.99) will be added to the amount found in the shipping settings. For example, if regular shipping is $5.00, ShippingAmt1 ($18.99) is added for a total of $23.99, which will be displayed online.

The ShipOption Fields

The Valid Values tab in the Shipping Overrides file contains some shipping options (for the ShipOption fields) that are not available to all sellers. Refer to the table below for the ShipOption values enabled for your seller subscription level.
