一旦您选择了要发往亚马逊的商品,即可指定您计划包含在货件中的每种商品的数量。

要设置运送至亚马逊的商品数量,请执行以下操作:

  1. 在【商品数量】框中输入数量。

  2. 点击【继续】。

此外,您还可以使用【设置数量】页面向库存添加商品、向入库计划添加商品或从中移除商品、更新不完整的商品,以及在【设置数量】页面中复制或删除当前的入库计划。


所有商品

【所有商品】选项卡中会列出您选择添加到入库计划的所有商品。

要向入库计划添加其他商品,请执行以下操作:

  1. 点击页面右侧的【添加商品】。

  2. 在文本框中输入商品名称、ASIN 或 SKU,然后点击【搜索我的库存】。

    重要: 您只能搜索由亚马逊配送的库存,无法搜索您自行配送的库存。

  1. 对于列表中您希望添加的每种商品,点击【添加商品】。


必填信息

重要: 不遵守亚马逊物流商品预处理要求、安全要求和商品限制要求可能会产生以下后果:运营中心在接收时拒收、弃置或退还库存;禁止卖家日后发送货件;针对未尽的预处理工作或额外包装工作收取费用。

点击【删除】列中的 【X】,从计划中删除相应商品。


“建议操作”提醒

当您将我们确认为周转缓慢的商品(这意味着,这些商品很可能无法及时售出)添加到您的货件中时,会出现【建议操作】提醒。我们建议您将这些商品从货件中移除。不过,如果您仍然希望添加这些商品,请勾选复选框确认提醒信息,然后继续创建货件。


“冗余库存”提醒

当您将我们确认为冗余库存的商品(也就是说,此商品目前的在库库存已超出建议库存数量)添加到您的货件中时,会出现【冗余库存】提醒。我们建议您将这些商品从货件中移除,并通过访问管理冗余库存页面采取相应措施减少您的冗余库存。不过,如果您仍希望将这些商品发往亚马逊,请勾选复选框确认提醒信息,然后继续创建货件。

Set quantity for shipment to Amazon

Note: You may experience longer than usual shipment delivery time due to higher volume of shipments. We are unable to manually expedite the process and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.

Once you have selected products that you want to send to Amazon, you are ready to specify how many of each product you plan to include in your shipment.

Setting the quantity of products for shipment is the first step in the six-step shipment creation process.

  1. Set quantity for shipment to Amazon

  2. Prepare your products for FBA shipping

  3. Label products

  4. Review/view shipments to Amazon

  5. Prepare shipment to Amazon

  6. Summary of shipment process

Note: If you have not selected your products, go back to Select products on the Send FBA inventory to Amazon page.


To set the quantity of products to ship to Amazon:

  1. Enter quantity in the Units box.

  2. Click Continue.

You can also use the Set Quantity page to add products to your inventory, add and remove products from your shipping plan, update incomplete offers, and duplicate or delete the current shipping plan in the Set Quantity page.


All products

The All products tab displays a list of all of the products that you have selected to include in your shipping plan.

To add additional products to your shipping plan:

  1. Click Add Products at the right of the page.

  2. Type the product name, ASIN, or SKU in the text box, and click Search my inventory.

    Important: You can only search for inventory that is fulfilled by Amazon. Inventory you fulfill yourself is not searchable.

  1. For each product in the list that you want to add, click Add Product.


Information required

The Information required tab appears only if you have added products to your plan that require additional information. If the Information required tab appears, click it to review any information that must be added before completing your shipping plan.


Removal required

The Removal required tab lists products that must be removed before completing your shipping plan. Click the tab to review any products that must be removed before completing your shipping plan.

Important: Failure to comply with FBA product preparation requirements, safety requirements, and product restrictions may result in the refusal, disposal, or return of inventory upon reception at the fulfillment center, the blocking of future shipments, or an additional charge for additional preparation or non-compliance.

Remove products from your plan by clicking X in the Remove column.


Action recommended alert

The Action recommended alert will appear if you have included products in your shipment that we have identified as slow-moving, meaning they are unlikely to sell in a timely manner. We recommend that you remove these products from the shipment. However, if you would still like to include these products, you can check the box to acknowledge the alert and continue creating the shipment.


Excess inventory alert

The Excess inventory alert will appear if you have included products in your shipment that we have identified as excess inventory, meaning that you currently have more than the recommended number of units in stock. We recommend removing these products from your shipment and taking action to reduce your excess inventory by visiting your Manage Excess Inventory page. However, if you would still like to send these products to Amazon, you can check the box to acknowledge the alert and continue creating the shipment.


Duplicate or delete a plan

If you send in the same products on a regular basis, you can save time by duplicating a previous plan and making adjustments. To duplicate a plan, click Duplicate and then select the plan you want to copy.

You can delete a plan you’re working on by clicking Delete.


Next steps

After you have made all of the adjustments that you want to make, click Continue.
