About Seller Penalty Points system

The point-based Seller Penalty Points system encourages sellers to maintain high service standards to create a great shopping experience for our buyers.

Failure to meet your performance targets may result in penalty points.

To keep track of areas of improvement, you can review My Penalty under the Account Health page on Seller Centre. You'll also be able to see your points received and ongoing penalties, if any.
