如果提供的证据不清楚,Shopee会通知您将不被接受。然后,您将有另外两天的时间提供新证据,或者Shopee将把付款退还给相应的当事人。

1. Keep evidence of shipping information

Send all packages via registered mail to avoid lost shipments. If there is an agreement between both parties to use normal mail, always keep your shipping receipt in case of a non-receipt claim.

Note:You are required to honour any prior agreements. For instance, if you agreed to use registered mail but opted for normal mail instead, you will be responsible for lost mail and non-receipt claims. Buyer will be refunded in full even if you can provide shipping proof.


2. Ensure evidence quality

Once a dispute has been raised, you will have two days to submit quality evidence, such as a clear image of shipping proof. 

If the evidence provided is unclear, Shopee will give you a notice that it will not be accepted. You will then have two additional days to provide new evidence, or Shopee will release the payment to the respective party.
