Handmade Listing Guidelines: Jewelry & Watches Guidelines
As a Maker, your handmade jewelry and watches products must adhere to the following guidelines:
All products must meet the overall Handmade Category Guidelines
Be authentic. We do not allow any counterfeit, replica, or knock-off products
Meet the Jewelry category polices and requirements
All products must meet North America product safety standards. (For more information, see CPSIA Choking Hazard Warnings and Material Content Limits
If you supply products for sale on Amazon, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and Amazon policies applicable to those products and product listings. For Children’s Jewelry, Jewelry and Precious Gems, and Fine Jewelry, review the policies for more details.
Protecting Handmade Integrity
Amazon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove a product from any Amazon Handmade category. We will notify the impacted Maker regarding the removal and the impacted Maker will have the option to appeal this decision. Notifications will be sent to the Maker through Seller Central and will include details on what is needed by Amazon to conduct an audit, as well as the timeframe in which the Maker will need to provide Amazon with this information.
