付款失败的原因

Reasons why a disbursement might fail

Missing or invalid bank account information is a common culprit when you are expecting a payment from Amazon but haven't received one. In many cases, the situation is easy to resolve.

If you are a new seller, enter your bank account information in the Payment Information tab in Account Info.

If you are an established seller:

  • Confirm your bank account number and routing information. Check your account settings for typos and ensure that you did not enter debit card information instead.

  • Confirm that your bank account is located in a country or region supported by the Amazon Currency Converter or Hyperwallet.

  • Confirm that your bank account is not closed.
