语言选项

Email settings for Selling Coach

Amazon is constantly improving the communication experience for our sellers all over the world. You can receive personalized Selling Coach email recommendations, and select the preferred language in which to receive those emails.

Currently, Amazon Selling Coach supports your home marketplace language, as well as simplified Chinese in all marketplaces.

You can opt out of receiving email recommendations at any time. See To Opt In/Opt Out of Specific Emails below.

Language options

Select your preferred language on Amazon Selling Coach's Email Settings page. You can change this at any time. The selected language will affect your Amazon Selling Coach features in both Seller Central and your personalized emails. The language you select in Amazon Selling Coach will not impact your seller account home page, Business Reports page or the language of non-Selling Coach notifications from Amazon. These pages will continue to be shown in the language of your home marketplace.

To choose your preferred language

Amazon Selling Coach provides your email recommendations in your home marketplace language. Simplified Chinese is available in all marketplaces.

Note: This applies to all of your Amazon Selling Coach emails and features in Seller Central. If your preferred language is not available for a selected email, Amazon Selling Coach will send the email in the default marketplace language (for example, English for the US and UK).

To choose your preferred language for recommendation emails, complete the following steps:

  1. In Selling Coach, select the Email Settings tab.

  2. In the Language section, click Edit and choose your desired language from the list.

  3. Click Update.

    Please allow up to 24 hours for your Amazon Selling Coach language selection to take effect.

You can change your preferred language at any time.

To Opt In/Opt Out of Specific Emails

Amazon Selling Coach sends emails to professional sellers containing a variety of recommendations to help sellers grow their businesses in different areas, including Product Opportunities, Inventory Opportunities, and Low Price Opportunities. To opt in or out of one or more of these emails, complete the following steps:

  1. In Selling Coach, select the Email Settings tab.

  2. In the Notifications section, click Edit and check or uncheck the box next to the email subject line for the campaign you would like to opt in or opt out of.

  3. Click Update.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your Amazon Selling Coach language selection to take effect.

You can opt in or opt out of email campaigns at any time.
