When opening your leveraged foreign exchange trading account ("StarFX Account"), you shall adequately protect yourself against any loss, theft, misappropriation or unauthorized use of your StarFX Account by safeguarding all identification information such as IDs, passwords, and service credentials that are used to verify your identity, as well as your computer, mobile phone, or other devices. Any actions taken through logging into and using the StarFX Account with your identification information, such as, StarFX Account ID, password, and service credentials shall be deemed as your own actions. We may execute such instructions without verifying other information and shall not be responsible for the actions taken and results obtained by following such instructions. You shall bear any losses and legal responsibilities caused by your improper safekeeping, use, or maintenance of the aforementioned identification information.

You acknowledge that doing so may lead to the disclosure of account and password information and may result in losses to you. You shall assume all losses and risks arising from the use of such storage and automatic fill functions.
