模板中有一列的行标题为 [ update_delete ] 。

High-Volume Listing Fee FAQ
Note: Effective November 1, 2020, we are making changes to the High Volume Listing Fee that will include all SKUs across all product categories. You will now be able to list, at no cost, up to 1.5 million SKUs in the US, an increase from the current threshold of 100,000 free SKU listings. We will apply a listing fee of $0.001 per SKU per month on the SKUs in excess of the initial 1.5 million. Please note that this is not an additional fee over the old fee. This fee is to cover our infrastructure costs that we incur to host this information in our product catalogs. Refer to the section below for more information about these changes.
Which ASINs count towards the High-Volume Listing Fee?
The High-Volume Listing Fee is charged on non-media ASINs for which:
you have an active offer,
the ASIN was created more than 12 months ago,
and the ASIN has not had a sale in the past 12 months.
As an allowance, your first 100,000 ASINs that meet these criteria will not be charged the High-Volume Listing Fee.
Can you give me examples of how the fee is calculated?
Let’s say you have a maximum of 99,000 eligible ASINs in a given month. Your High-Volume Listing Fee would be $0, since you have not exceeded your free allowance of 100,000 eligible ASINs.
On the other hand, if you have maximum of 300,000 eligible ASINs, you will be charged $1,000. It is calculated as $0.005 on the 200,000 ASINs over the free allowance.
Where can I view a list of ASINs that satisfy the criteria for the fee for the current month?
You can view a list of your current ASINs that satisfy the criteria for the fee by going to the Inventory tab in Seller Central, selecting Inventory Reports, and then selecting High Volume Listings Report from the drop-down menu on the page.
If I remove active offers before the end of the month, will I be charged for ASINs associated with those offers for the month?
Yes. We charge the High-Volume Listing Fee on the maximum number of eligible ASINs during the calendar month.
For example, if during a month you had active offers on 300,000 eligible ASINs on December 15, and then removed offers on 200,000 eligible ASINs on December 16, you would be charged a fee of $1,000, calculated as $0.005 on the 200,000 ASINs that are above your free allowance of 100,000 eligible ASINs.
I was not aware of this fee. Can I get a refund for the most recent charge?
No, all fees are charged as applicable. This fee has been charged since August 01, 2016, and has been disclosed on the Selling on Amazon Fee Schedule since that date.
If an eligible ASIN had an order that was then canceled, will the ASIN be charged the fee?
Yes, the ASIN is still eligible for the fee since a canceled order does not qualify as a sale. To qualify as a sale, the ASIN must be shipped to a buyer.
My account was blocked or suspended. Will I still be charged the fee?
No, you will not be charged the fee for any period during which your account was blocked or suspended.
Changes effective November 1, 2020
Which SKUs will count towards the High-Volume Listing Fee?
The High-Volume Listing Fee will be charged on highest number of active SKUs from the 5th through the 31st of the month. As an allowance, your first 1.5 million SKUs that meet these criteria will not be charged the High-Volume Listing Fee. All active SKUs regardless of age or creation date will be counted towards this threshold.
What is a SKU?
Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are unique blocks of letters and numbers that identify your products. SKUs are assigned by you as seller.
Can you give me examples of how the fee will be calculated?
Let’s say you have 1,000,000 active SKUs in a given month. Your High-Volume Listing Fee would be $0 since you have not exceeded your free allowance of 1,500,000 active SKUs. On the other hand, if you have 1,600,000 eligible SKUs, you will be charged $100. This fee is calculated as $0.001 on the 100,000 active SKUs over the free allowance.
Where can I view a list of my SKUs?
You can view a list of your current active SKUs by going to Inventory Reports and selecting High Volume Listings Report from the dropdown menu.
If I remove active offers before the end of the month, will I be charged for SKUs associated with those offers for the month?
Yes. The High-Volume Listing Fee is based on the maximum number of active SKUs on any day between the 5th and the 31st of the calendar month.
I was not aware of this fee. Can I get a refund for the most recent charge?
No. This fee has been in place since July 1, 2016, and these new changes reduce the cost overall for our sellers.
When can I see the charge in my Payments report?
You can see the charge labeled as a Service Fee – High Volume Listing Fee on the 1st of every month in the Transaction View on your Payments Dashboard.
Can you share guidance on bulk de-listing?
To delete SKUs in bulk, you can download a template containing your listings here. There is a column in the template with the row header "update_delete". To delete a SKU, select the value "delete" for this column and then submit the template. Please submit feeds in item batches of 30,000 in order for feeds and submissions to be processed successfully.
