The following information is provided on the downloadable report for quantity discount requests.

Respond ByAfter a business customer submits a request, you have 48 hours to respond and set a discount. At the Respond by date, customers are notified about all new quantity discounts offered by Amazon Business sellers.
Status

Response needed: You have not yet responded to this request.

Responded: You have responded to this request by setting a quantity discount before the respond by date.

Past due: You did not respond to this request before the respond by date. You can still respond to customer requests after this date; however, the customer that submitted this request will not be notified. Setting a discount after the respond by date can still help increase your chances of making a sale to other business customers.

Available Inventory

Your current available inventory, exclusive of inbound, FC transfer, reserved, and unfulfillable inventory.

Lowest offer per unitThe lowest price per unit in the marketplace for the requested quantity. Seller's shipping charges will be added on top of this price.

Business PriceOptional: A discounted price available to Amazon Business customers regardless of the quantity purchased. Your business price must be less than or equal to your standard price. If your business price is higher than your standard price, your business price will be deactivated.
Quantity Discount TypeThis represents the discount model you want to use (fixed or percent). With a fixed model, you can have determined prices for each discount tier. With a percent model, you can have percent discounts for each tier. The percent discounts are calculated based on your business price.
Quantity Lower Bound 1Lower-bounds represent the quantity at which a discount becomes active. There can be up to five tiers in the rows labeled quantity-lower-bound1 through quantity-lower-bound5.
