正常情况下，卖家按照合同约定生产完毕后，会安排发货。发货后，业务员应该及时告知客户，最好将货船名称、发货港口、发货日期、预计到达港口、预计到达日期一并告知客户，并向客户说明提单、装箱单、商业发票等单据大概何时可以发送，以让其做好清关准备。
