Facebook Shop

You can display your Shopify products on your Facebook Page by using the Facebook Shop feature in the Facebook channel.

When you set up the Facebook Shop feature, Facebook creates a Shop section on your Facebook Page. Your Shopify products are displayed in the Shop section so that customers can shop on your Facebook page. If you make changes to a product in Shopify, then the changes are also updated in your Facebook Shop.

Facebook Shop requirements

To be eligible to list products on Facebook using the Facebook Shop feature in the Facebook channel, you need to meet a few requirements:

• Your store needs to be located in a country or region where the Facebook Shop feature is available.

• You need a Facebook Page for your business. The Facebook Page needs to use the Shopping template.

• Your Sender email, set in the Store details settings of your Shopify admin, needs to be a valid email address.

Facebook Page settings

The following requirements need to be met on Facebook before you can connect your Facebook Page:

• Your Facebook account needs to have an admin role on the Page.

• The Facebook page needs to be published.

• You can be an admin on multiple Facebook pages, and access them all using a single Facebook Business Manager. However, every Facebook business page can only be owned by a single Facebook Business Manager. You need to be the admin of both the Facebook Business Manager that owns a specific Facebook page and the Facebook page itself to connect it with the Facebook channel in Shopify.
