Accessing Vouchers
You can create vouchers in both the Shopee App and Seller Centre.
Tip
Use Shopee App to create vouchers conveniently.
To access more functions like the data dashboard, go to Seller Centre.
1. Access the Marketing Centre page via either My Shop on the app, or the Seller Centre sidebar menu. Select Vouchers.
2. Create a new voucher. This can be either a Shop Voucher or Product Voucher.
Note
Shop Vouchers can be applied to every product in your shop. Using this will help boost the overall sales of your shop.
Product Vouchers are only applicable to selected products. Using this will help boost the sales of the chosen products.
3. Fill in voucher details and save. These details include:
Voucher reward type
Voucher display settings
You can also set a minimum spend for your vouchers.
Note
For Product Vouchers, you can choose products eligible for the voucher in this step. Select Plus to add products.
Products that are sold out, unavailable or in an existing voucher in the same period cannot be added.
