About the traffic way to our factory. Our factory is located in xxx, xxx province. You can take flight to xxx airport then switch to high speed train from xxx to xx x. Tell us the time for your arrival and we will meet you at the exit of the high speed train station.

About the accommodation, do you need us to reserve a hotel for you? If you need, what kind of hotel you want to live?

Do you have any other plan except the visit to our factory? If you have, please tell me ahead of time so that I can arrange in advance.

By the way, as far as I know, your country presently is hot. But the weather of our city recently is changeable, although it is spring now.
