(1)买家应于 2019 年1月1日前将全部货款用 T/T 方式预付给卖家The buyer shall pay the total value to the seller in advance by T/T not laterthan lst Jan. 2019.
常用的表述如下。
(2)买家预付 40%的货款，工厂发货前，买家再付尾款
The buyer shall pay 40% of the total value as deposit in advance and pay the balance before the dispatching of goods from the factory
(3)买家以 T/T 方式支付 30%定金，尾款见提单副本
The buyer shall pay 30% in advance by T/T and the balance payment againsthe copy of B/L.
2.跟单信用证
常用的表述如下
全额发票金额的、保兑的、不可撤销的、可转让的即期信用证应于装运期前 30 天送达卖家，在中国，其议付有效期为上述装运期后的 15天
By 100% confirmed, irrevocable, transferable sight L/C to reach the seller 30days before the date of shipment and to remain valid for negotiation in China till the 15th day after the final date of shipment.
3.托收
常用的表述如下。
买家应凭卖家开具的即期跟单汇票于第一次见票时立即付款交单。
Upon first presentation, the buyer shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the seller at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.
4信用证和托收结合的方式
常用的表述如下。10
60%的货款以不可撤销即期信用证的方式支付,其余40%货款以托收方式支付，买家见票后 30 天付款交单。按发票金额全部付款后，卖家将全套货运单据发送给买家。
60% of the value of goods by irrevocable L/C at sight and remaining 40% on collection's basis , D/P at 30 days after sight. The full set of shipping documents are to be delivered to the buyer until full payment of invoice value is made.
