Feature products for immediate purchase
Adding products to your livestream lets shoppers purchase them instantly without leaving. You can also offer LIVE-exclusive discounts to boost the urgency to purchase.
Aside from products added before livestream, you can also Add more products during the livestream:
Note that the sequence of products cannot be edited if you add them during livestream. New products added will appear at the bottom of your list.
Tip
If a product that's not added happens to be a popular topic during the livestream, add it to your shopping bag to drive immediate conversions.
If your livestream attracts viewers that were not part of your planned target audience, improvise and add products that may be relevant to them.
Tag vouchers for a 30-second giveaway
You can flash a shop voucher during the livestream using the Toolkit icon:
Vouchers will be shown to shoppers for 30 seconds, and disappear once they are fully claimed. You can also close and remove the voucher tag at any time.
Display permanent vouchers
To offer vouchers throughout your livestream, ensure that there are products in your shopping bag before you Go Live.
Note
Vouchers selected for 30-second giveaways cannot be used for the permanent displays and vice versa.
