从 Shopify 后台上传和管理文件

您可以从 Shopify 后台中的文件页面上传、管理并删除文件。

文件页面上的文件包括以下内容：

• 模板中使用的图片

• 博客文章和页面中使用的图片

• 产品和产品系列描述中使用的图片

• 希望可供客户下载的文件

• 连接到元字段的图片和文件

在编辑模板时、创建元字段时或在使用富文本编辑器编辑模板内容、页面、博客文章、产品描述或产品系列描述时，您也可以上传文件。您上传的文件将显示在文件页面中。

若要访问文件页面，请转到设置 > 文件。

备注

在创建或编辑产品或产品系列时，您可以为产品系列添加产品媒体文件或配图。文件页面上不会显示产品系列的产品媒体文件和配图。

文件要求

您可以在 Shopify 后台中将文件上传到文件页面。文件必须符合以下要求：

文件格式要求

如果您使用付费套餐，可以上传除 HTML 以外的任何文件格式。

如果您使用试用版套餐，则只能上传以下文件格式：

• JS

• CSS

• GIF

• JPG

• PNG

• JSON

• CSV

• PDF

您还需要先验证电子邮件地址，然后才能上传 PDF 文件。

如果您使用试用版套餐，并且需要上传其他文件格式，请检查并更新套餐。

Uploading and managing files

You can upload, manage, and delete files from the Files page in your Shopify admin.

Files on the Files page can include the following:

• Images used in your theme

• Images used in blog posts and pages

• Images used in your product and collection descriptions

• Files that you want to make available for customers to download

• Images and files connected to metafields

You can also upload files when you're editing your theme, when you're creating metafields, or when you're using the rich text editor to edit theme content, a page, a blog post, a product description, or a collection description. The files you upload will appear on your Files page.

To access the Files page, go to Settings > Files.

Note

When you create or edit a product or collection, you can add product media or a featured image for a collection. Product media and featured images for collections don't appear on the Files page.

File requirements

You can upload files to the Files page in your Shopify admin. Files must meet the following requirements:

File size	Maximum of 20 megabytes
Resolution	Maximum of 20 megapixels
Aspect ratio	Between 100:1 and 1:100
File format	Refer to File format requirements

File format requirements

If you're on a paid plan, then you can upload any file format other than HTML.

If you're on a trial plan, then you can upload only the following file formats:

• JS

• CSS

• GIF

• JPG

• PNG

• JSON

• CSV

• PDF

You also need to verify your email address before you can upload PDF files.

If you're on a trial plan and you want to upload other file formats, then check and update your plan.

Different parts of your store, such as your theme, pages, and blogs, only support certain file formats. For more information about supported file formats, refer to the following resources:

• Using the rich text editor: for pages, blog posts, product and collection descriptions, and theme elements

• Uploading images: for images in your theme

Tip

If you want to share a video that's larger than 20 MB, you can use a video hosting service such as YouTube or Vimeo, and then add the video's sharing link to your content.

Note

You can import products, customers, or inventory data using CSV files. Importing data by CSV file is not done through the Files page, but through the respective page in your Shopify admin.
