一、Courtesy 礼貌

写信时要处处从对方的角度去考虑有什么需求,而不是从自身出发,语气上更尊重对方。
例如:
“You earn 2 percent discount when you pay cash. We will send you the brochure next month.”比“We allow 2 percent discount for cash payment.We won't be able to send you the brochure this month.”的用法要好。
三、Completeness完整
一封商业信函应概况了各项必需的事项,如邀请信应说明时间、地点等,确忌寄出含糊不清的信件。
四、Clarity 清楚
意思表达明确,要注意避免用词错误、注意词语所放的位置。
五、Conciseness 简洁
避免不必要的重复,不仅仅浪费客户时间也容易给人留下工作能力不强的印象。短句、单词的运用:

六、Concreteness具体
就是工作.上必须让客户知道的细节一定要具体列举出来。
七、Correctness 正确
简而言之就是在信息(型号、尺寸、价格、货期等等)得到确认之后,准确在邮件里反馈给客户。需要指出的是反复更改已经确定好的信息会留给客户不好的印象,所以日常工作中-些细节一定要都确认无误后再告知客户。
