How is Non-fulfilment Rate calculated?

Non-fulfilment Rate (NFR) is calculated based on non-fulfilled orders: seller-initiated cancellations, system cancellations, and returns/refunds.

Here are some examples of non-fulfilled orders:

Non-fulfilled orders are calculated every Monday.

If Shop A has 50 non-fulfilled orders out of 200 total orders in the past 7 days, its NFR will be 25%. The seller will receive 2 penalty points.

Note

A minimum of 2 orders is required for assessment. NFR is not calculated if the seller has less than 2 orders.
