国际货物买卖合同的支付条款是合同中的重要条款之一。只有根据支付方式的特点及要求订立明确的支付条款，才能避免在货款支付过程中出现纠纷。国际贸易中，常见的支付方式包括T/T、托收和L/C 3种。
T/T条款
使用T/T条款，应在合同中明确规定汇付时间、具体的汇付方式和汇付金额。
1.装运前 T/T
例如，The Buyers shall pay 100% of contract value in advance by T/T to the Sellers no later than September 30,2022.(买方应不迟于2022年9月30日将全部合同金额预付给卖方。)
2.装船后见提单传真件 T/T
例如，The Buyers shall pay 100% of sales contract to the Sellers by T/T against the copy of B/L. (买方应在收到卖方的海运提单副本后，将全部货款电汇给卖方。)
3.装船前 T/T+ 装船后见提单传真件 T/T
例如，The Buyers shall pay 30% of the sales contract to the sellers in advance by T/T not later than September 30, 2022 and the balance by T/T against the copy of B/L.(买方应不迟于2022年9月30日将30%的货款用电汇预付给卖方，余款在收到卖方的海运提单副本后电汇给卖方。)
4.装运后 T/T
例如，The Buyers shall pay 100% of the sales contract to the Sellers by T/T within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.(买方应在货物到达目的港后30天内将全部货款电汇给卖方。)
