亚马逊物流新选品计划条款和条件

以下条款和条件对您参与亚马逊物流新选品计划（以下简称“计划”）有规范制约作用。

Program benefits

The New Selection program offers a discount on shipping to fulfillment centers for sellers who are new to FBA. Additionally, the program offers free storage, free removals and free return processing for a limited time for eligible new-to-FBA ASINs. Sellers enrolled in the program can get benefits for up to 500 new ASINs per year. The 500-ASIN limit will be reset on January 1 each year. To get the benefits, sellers must enroll in the program and maintain eligible status.

2. Enroll in the FBA New Selection program
   

   Click the Enroll now button below. To be eligible for free shipping, you must be enrolled in FBA New Selection before you send your first shipment to a fulfillment center.




3. Select the Fulfillment by Amazon option when you list products, or switch your existing listings to FBA.
   
   

1. Creating listings for the first time:
   Once you have registered as a seller and enrolled in FBA New Selection, create your listings. Select the Fulfillment by Amazon option when listing your products. You’ll be guided through the process of shipping your products to a fulfillment center.

2. Switch your existing listings to FBA
   Visit the Manage inventory page in your Seller Account, choose the products you want Amazon to fulfill, and select Change to Fulfilled by Amazon in the Action on dropdown. Learn more about selling with FBA.

4. Enjoy benefits of the program, while reaching more customers
   After you enroll, Amazon will determine whether you qualify for the fee waivers. We will automatically waive the fees for your eligible products, in accordance with the program terms and conditions.

FBA New Selection program terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the FBA New Selection Program (the "Program").

1. The Program starts on April 1, 2020.

2. Only Professional Sellers are eligible for the Program. Your participation in the Program is subject to Amazon’s approval.

3. "Eligible Sellers" means Professional Sellers who do not have storage limits based on Amazon inventory storage limits policy.

4. "Eligible ASIN" means one of the first 500 ASINs you create for FBA after you are enrolled in the Program that is:
   

1. New to FBA;

2. A parent ASIN not previously enrolled in FBA within the past 180 days;

3. Not a Media or used item;

4. Small standard or large standard size; and

5. Received at an Amazon fulfillment center after the program start date April 1, 2020.

1. To be eligible for free return processing, an ASIN must be in the Apparel (Clothing & Accessories); Jewelry; Luggage; Shoes, Handbags & Accessories; or Watches category and meet the Eligible ASIN criteria specified above.

2. The Eligible ASIN limit (500 parent ASINs) will be reset January 1 each year.

3. Eligible ASINs exclude:
   

1. New child ASINs created under a parent ASIN that already exists on FBA;

2. New ASINs created by “bundling” the same or different existing FBA ASINs;

3. Oversize products; and

4. Media and used items.

4. Seller must be enrolled in the program before an ASIN’s first inventory-received date at an Amazon fulfillment center for the ASIN to qualify for monthly storage, removal, and return processing fee waivers.

5. To be eligible for the discount on the inbound shipment charge, sellers must:
   

1. Be new to FBA (have not sent inventory to FBA in the past);

2. Send their first shipment to a fulfillment center after April 1, 2020;

3. Be enrolled in the FBA New Selection program before sending their first shipment to a fulfillment center; and

4. Use an Amazon Partnered Carrier to send their shipment to a fulfillment center.

6. For each Eligible ASIN, FBA will waive monthly storage fees for the first 50 units received at Amazon fulfillment centers, for up to 90 days after the first inventory-received date. Sellers can remove of any of those first 50 units within 180 days after the first inventory-received date, with no FBA removal fees.

7. For Apparel (Clothing & Accessories); Jewelry; Luggage; Shoes, Handbags & Accessories; and Watches only, FBA will waive return processing fees for up to 50 units of each eligible parent ASIN. Returned items must be received at a fulfillment center within 120 days of the first inventory-received date.

8. A parent ASIN and variations of it (child ASINs) are considered one ASIN for determining the first 50 units of each eligible ASIN.

9. Amazon may change or cancel the Program at any time by giving you 30 days' prior written notice.
