What is Chat Broadcast?

Chat Broadcast lets you send chat messages to customised recipient groups and view insights about the users' response to your broadcasts.

This lets you target your followers more effectively, and is an efficient way to reward them, or increase your product views and orders.

You can create up to two broadcasts per week.
