亚马逊在面向买家的网站上支持多种语言。为了帮助以买家首选的语言向其提供无缝体验,我们会将您的品牌推广广告翻译成网站支持的语言。

提交商品推广广告并接受审核后,您可以为广告素材提供自己的翻译。如果您没有提供,我们会将您的广告翻译成西班牙语。虽然翻译时间各不相同,但大多数品牌推广广告将在 24 小时内被翻译。

编辑翻译

Sponsored Brands translations

Amazon supports multiple languages on the shopper-facing website. To help provide a seamless experience for shoppers in their language of preference, we will translate your Sponsored Brands ads into the website’s supported languages.

Once you submit your Sponsored Brands ad and it is being reviewed, you can provide your own translation for the ad creative. If you don’t provide one, we will translate your ad into Spanish . While translation time varies, most Sponsored Brands ads will be translated within 24 hours.

Once your creative is translated, it will be shown in the language corresponding to the shoppers’ language setting. You can preview your translated creative in the Translations page by navigating to the Creative tab and clicking on the Edit translation button.

For supported secondary languages, we will show shoppers the Sponsored Brands ad in the default language while the creative is being translated, even if they have selected a supported secondary language. We will show the add in the supported secondary language once the translation is available. For unsupported secondary languages, your Sponsored Brands ad will not be shown to shoppers.

Note:

  • In rare cases, when Amazon’s ad translation service is not able to provide a translation that meets our quality and ad policy bar, we will not provide a translation. However, you can still add and edit your own translations.

  • Sponsored Brands ads promoting product categories such as media, including books, music, movies, and software, food and beverages, prescription products, and certain personal care products, aren’t eligible for our translation services. However, you can still provide your own custom translations.

Edit translations

After we provide the translation, you can see the available languages and translation status in the Creative tab for your campaign within Campaign manager. If you want to edit the translation or provide your own translated text, you can do it by clicking the Edit translations button in the Creative tab. When you update the translations and submit them, the updated text will go through a moderation review before it’s approved to go live.

When you edit the translation through the Creative tab in the Campaign manager, the updated text will go through moderation and will be subject to the same turnaround times as your default language ad.
