To help you get a quick look at order cancellation reasons, you can hover over the ? symbol under the status column of each request to view the specific cancellation reason indicated. You can then determine more efficiently whether to accept or reject a cancellation request.
Note :
Sellers will be penalised for cancelled orders that are self-initiated as well as orders that they have requested buyers to cancel on.

You can download your order details as reports to help you get an overview of your order details and their cancellation reasons. This will help give you an overview of common cancellation reasons so you can better analyse your order performance in order to improve your services.
1. Choose the Order Creation Date for the period you'd like to generate the report for.
Note: You can only choose a period with a maximum range of 30 days.
2. Export the report, enter your password for verification and Download your Latest Reports.
3. You can then view all your order details, including each order's cancellation reason, in the report for the time period you have chosen.
