How long do the penalties last?

Penalties will be lifted after 28 days. Penalised sellers will regain their privileges as long as they take steps to improve and stay on target.

However, any points accumulated will remain on record until the quarter ends. Points will reset to zero at the start of each quarter (first Monday of January, April, July, and October) so that all sellers can start anew.

Example 1: Seller A gains 3 points in Week 3

Example 2: Seller B gains 3 points in Week 3, and 3 points in Week 5

Example 3: Seller C gains 3 points 1 week before new quarter begins

If sellers receive penalty points less than 4 weeks before the next quarter begins, their penalty will still last for 28 days and end only in the next quarter. However, their points will still be reset to zero at the start of the quarter.
