发盘信的常用结构如下

(1)如之前有询盘,要对此表达谢意。

Open the letter by expressing thanks for the inquiry , if any.

(2)详述交易条件,如品名、质量、数量、规格、单价、币种、包装条件、船期、支付条件、折扣、保险等。

Explain the details of business conditions, such as name of commodities ,quali-ty, quantity , specifications, unit price, type of currency , packing condition, date of delivery , terms of payment , discount , insurance, etc..

(3)如为实盘要说明有效期,或者声明此为虚盘。

State the validity of the offer if it is firm ; otherwise , a remark to the effect that the offer is made without engagement.

(4)结尾鼓励对方下单或期盼早日回复。

End the letter in the way that encourages the inquirers to place an order or ghve an early reply.
