代理信函一般分为4种形式。
Agency letters are usually divided into the following four types.
1.寻找代理(Looking for an Agent )
委托方毛遂自荐，写信寻找国内外代理人(商)。
The principal volunteers to write to seek for an agent both at home or abroad.
2.申请代理(Applying for an Agent)
想成为代理人(商)的一方主动写信寻找国内外的委托人。
The party who wants to be an agent volunteers to write to seek for a principal both at home or abroad.
3.同意代理(Agreeing lo the Agent)
委托人同意代理人或潜在代理人的申请，并表示接受此申请。
The principal agrees to the application for an agent or the potential agent and expresses the acceptance for the agency.
4.拒绝代理(Refusing the Agent )
委托方或代理方都有权利谢绝对方的请求，但是拒绝信应该礼貌且有说服力。The principal or the potential agent has rights to decline the other side's request Bu the letter should be polite but convincing.
