Creating Seller Vouchers on Seller Centre

1. Go to Marketing Centre
2. In Marketing Centre, go to Vouchers.
3. Create a new voucher
4. Select Shop or Product Voucher
5. You will be able to view the voucher you've created in the Seller Voucher main page. Use the filter to view your vouchers that are currently ongoing or have expired.
Please note:
The maximum validity of any voucher is 3 months.
Shopee-created, Follow Prize and Expired vouchers are not available for editing
How do I track voucher usage?
You can track voucher usage from the My Vouchers page and click on Details to see a record of orders that applied the voucher.
What should I take note of when creating my vouchers?
How will the voucher claim system work?
Shop Vouchers can be claimed directly from your shop. Shoppers may only claim and use each voucher once. Once a voucher is fully claimed, the voucher will be removed from your shop front.
Can shoppers use my shop vouchers if they have not claimed the voucher from my shop before?
Yes, shoppers can manually enter the voucher code in their shopping cart without claiming the voucher.
How will I be charged for the cost of these vouchers?
The total value of the vouchers used will be deducted from your escrow amount.
Can I reuse a voucher code that I have created previously?
You can reuse a voucher code 30 days after the voucher end date. You cannot create a new voucher with the same voucher code as an ongoing voucher.
What happens when shoppers return items after applying the coins cashback voucher?
You may only receive income from the items shoppers did not return.
What are the terms and conditions for issuing coin cashback voucher?
All coins issued are final and any amount deducted from sellers for issuing coins will not be reimbursed to the sellers under any circumstances. If you are contacted by shoppers who have issues with coins, please inform shoppers to contact Shopee.
