创建采购订单
如果您使用 Stocky 的建议创建 PO，则需要选择所需的库存持续天数。可以在此过程的稍后阶段重新生成 PO。
步骤：
在 Stocky 中，点击采购订单 > 新采购订单。
选择 PO 对应的厂商或供应商。供应商包含一组厂商，因此，若要创建多厂商采购订单，则必须先创建新供应商。
选择 PO 生成类型。您可以使用空白的 PO，也可以使用 Stocky 建议的 PO。
编辑采购订单
您可以在 PO 中添加、编辑或删除任何商品，还可以更改预测选项。
若要添加商品，请在 PO 中使用添加产品表单。
若要编辑商品数量，请点击数量列，然后即可进行更改。
您可以通过点击成本价列来添加或更新任何商品的成本价。您还可以在添加产品表单中更改预测类型和调整任何预测参数。
将采购订单发送给供应商
有多种方式可用于向供应商发送 PO。
通过点击 PO 页面上的发送，直接从 Stocky 用电子邮件发送该 PO。
将 PO 下载为 PDF，或将该 PO 的简化文本版本复制并粘贴到电子邮件中。
确认采购订单
准备好 PO 后，点击确认。点击确认会将 PO 中的所有商品标记为“未送达”。
在商店接收采购订单
新库存到达商店后，您可以点击接收并同步所选产品来与 Shopify 同步库存。如果缺少某件商品，您可以取消选中该商品，然后再点击接收并同步所选产品，这样便可以以后再同步该商品。若要更改商品的数量，请先点击数量列，然后再点击接收并同步所选产品。
部分接收和延交订单
如果供应商送达的商品数量与您的预期不符，或者某些商品在运输途中受损，您可以部分接收该商品，并将其余商品归入延交订单。
步骤：
点击商品数量列中的箭头按钮。
在下拉菜单中，选择部分接收。
选择要在以后通过延交订单接收的商品数量。
该商品现在将分为两行。
使用条码扫描器接收订单
您可以使用标准 USB 条码扫描器接收 PO 中的商品。
步骤：
折扣
若要向 PO 添加折扣，请点击新建 > 其他，然后在成本价字段中输入折扣金额，还需输入描述，并将数量设为 1。完成后，点击添加。
库存水平限制
利用 Stocky，您可以在使用 PO 预测功能时设置库存水平限制。
最少订单数是您需要订购的最少商品数。例如，如果您的 PO 预测您需要订购 67 件某商品，但最少订单数为 100，那么系统就会在该 PO 中添加 100 件商品。
最少库存数是您应该拥有的最少库存量。例如，如果某商品在您库存中已经有 40 件，而您的最少库存水平为 100，那么 PO 预测就会建议您至少订购 60 件。
最大库存数是您可以拥有的最大库存量。例如，如果您的 PO 预测某商品您所需的数量是 30 件，但您的最大库存限制为 20，那么系统就会在该 PO 中添加 20 件商品。
最少订单数始终优先于最大库存数。假定您的最大库存限制为 100，最少订单数为 20。如果您的库存有 90 件，那么 PO 预测依然会建议您订购 20 件，即便这样会超过您的最大库存限制。

Create a purchase order
If you're creating a PO using a suggestion from Stocky, then you need to pick the number of days you want your stock to last for. POs can be regenerated at a later point in the process.
Steps:
In Stocky, click Purchase Orders > New Purchase Order.
Pick which vendor or supplier the PO is for. A supplier is a group of vendors so if you want to create a multi-vendor purchase order you have to create a new supplier first.
Pick the PO generation type. You can start with either a blank PO or one based on Stocky's suggestion.
Edit a purchase order
You can add, edit, or remove any items from a PO, or change the forecast options.
To add an item, use the Add Products form in the PO.
To edit the quantity of an item, click in the Quantity column which will allow you to make changes.
You can add or update any of the item cost prices by clicking in the Cost Price column. You can also change the forecast type and adjust any of the forecast parameters in the Add Products form.
Send the purchase order to your supplier
There are multiple ways to send a PO to a supplier.
Send a PO directly from Stocky via email by clicking Send on the PO page.
Download the PO as a PDF or copy and paste a simplified text version of the PO to an email.
Confirm the purchase order
When your PO is ready, click Confirm. Clicking Confirm marks all items in the PO as "not delivered".
Receiving the purchase order at your store
After your new stock arrives at your store, you can sync it with Shopify by clicking Receive & Sync Selected. If an item is missing, then you can sync it at a later date by unchecking the item before clicking on Receive & Sync Selected. To change the quantity of an item, click the Quantity column before you click Receive & Sync Selected.
Partially receive and backordering
If your supplier has sent a different amount of items than you expected, or some items have been damaged in transit, then you can partially receive an item and place the remaining on backorder.
Steps:
Click the arrow button in the Quantity column of the item.
In the drop down menu, select Partially receive.
Select the number of items to receive later by backorder.
The item is now split into two rows.
Receiving an order with a barcode scanner
You can receive items on a PO using a standard USB barcode scanner.
Steps:
In the Stocky app, go to Barcode scanner receive.
Scan each item to increase the scanned count, or update the quantity manually in the Receive section.
After you scan all your items, click Receive Scanned > Receive & Sync to update your Shopify stock levels.
Discounts
To add a discount to a PO, click New > Other and then enter the discount amount in the Cost Price field, as well as a description and a Quantity of

Stocky lets you set stock level restrictions when you use the PO forecast feature.
The minimum order is the minimum number of items that you need to order. For example, if your PO forecasts that you need to order 67 of an item but the minimum order is 100, then 100 items are added to the PO.
The minimum stock is the minimum amount of stock that you should have available. For example, if you have 40 of an item already in stock and your minimum stock level is 100, then your PO forecast suggests to order at least 60.
The maximum stock is the maximum amount of stock that you can have available. For example, if your PO forecasts that you need 30 of an item but your maximum stock limit is 20, then 20 items are added on to the PO.
The minimum order always takes precedence over maximum stock. Suppose that you have a maximum stock limit of 100 and a minimum order of 20. If you have 90 in stock, then the PO forecast suggests that you order 20, even though that means you'd exceed your maximum stock limit.
Set minimum and maximum stock values
In the Stocky app, click Locations.
Select a location.
Enter your minimum and maximum stock values.
Set minimum order quantities
In the Stocky app, click Vendors.
Select a vendor.
Click Settings.
Click Order limits.
Enter your minimum order quantities.
