以加工贸易方式出口音像制品(录有内容的录音带、录像带、唱片、激光唱盘和激光视盘等)、印刷品(报纸、期刊、图书)，企业须向省级新闻出版行政机关申请审核批准，并向其提供样品备案。
(2)对出口产品涉及地图制品、地球仪和其他附有地图的加工贸易业务，审批机关根据国家测绘局的批准文件进行审批；对出口产品属于音像制品、印刷品的加工贸易业务，审批机关根据省级新闻出版的批准文件进行审批。

All disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with this Sales
Confirmation, shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. Incase no settlement can be reached through negotiation the case shall then be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai Commission for Arbitration in accordance with rules of Arbiration of China Iternational Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The award made by the Commission should be accepted as final and binding upon both parties.
