答:目前,你可以向你的粉丝和买家发送广播信息。收件人名单将每24小时自动更新一次。

问:提交广播聊天后,我可以取消发送吗?

发送的广播不能被取消发送或收回。

问:收件人能回复我的信息吗?

答:噢,我明白了。对话将显示为与用户的一对一对话。请不要忽视或不愉快的用户在聊天回应。

问:我可以广播给的最大用户数是多少?

答:没有每次广播可以发送给用户的最大数量。然而,你将只能发送最多2广播每周。

问:为什么有不成功的广播?

答:广播可能无法成功发送,因为

  • 你已经达到你的最大广播限额

  • 收件人已达到广播限制(见下一张)

  • 收款人的帐户可能被冻结/停用

  • 收件人已经选择阻止你的广播

Q:Who can I broadcast to?

A:Currently, you can send broadcast messages to followers and buyers of your shop. The recipient list will be updated automatically every 24 hours.

Q:After submitting a broadcast chat, can I unsend it?

A:Sent broadcasts cannot be unsent or recalled.

Q:Can the recipient respond to my message?

A:Yes, the recipient can respond to you directly. The conversation will appear as a 1-on-1 dialogue with the user. Please do not ignore or be unpleasant to user in chat responses. 

Q:What is the maximum number of users I can broadcast to?

A:There is no maximum number of users you can send to per broadcast. However, you will only be able to send a maximum of 2 broadcasts every week. 

Q:Why are there unsuccessful broadcasts?

A:Broadcasts may not be sent successfully because

  • you have reached your maximum broadcast quota

  • the recipient has reached the broadcast limit (see next slide)

  • the recipient’s account may be frozen / inactive

  • the recipient has chosen to block your broadcasts
