1.催装函的基本结构

(1)提及相关信用证、订单或合同号。

Referring to the No. of L/C, relative order or contract.

(2)投诉尚未收到装船通知或装船指示。

Complaining about the non-receipt of the Shipping Advice/ Shipping Instruc-ton.

(3)催促卖方/买方及时装运。

Urging the seller/buyer to effect the shipment.

(4)期待货物能及时装运。

Expecting arrangement for the shipment.

2.装船通知和装船指示的基本结构

(1)提及相关信用证、订单或合同号

Referring to the No. of L/C, relative order or contract.

(2)确认装运信息:船名、航次、预计抵达时间、集装箱堆场等。Confirming the shipping details: the name of the vessel, voyage number , esti-mated time of arrival ( ETA ), container yard etc. .

(3)希望货物能及时安全地装运。

Expecting the safe and prompt shipment.
