在与客户进行日常沟通时,客服人员给客户发回报价或还盘邮件后,经常会发现之前联系的客户一直没有回复;即使客服人员做到很及时的回复,甚至是“秒回”,也没收到客户的回应。对于这类客户,客服人员可采取以下措施,有针对性地追踪未回复客户。
