You can use the Store Importer app to migrate your ShopKeep products to Shopify. You need to export your data from ShopKeep before you can import it to Shopify.

The following sections describe some of the things that you might see while importing your ShopKeep data into Shopify:

1.Import was successful with changes

When your import is finished, the import summary page shows you the details of your import. Review the messages in the review section of the import summary for any errors. You can edit your imported information manually by clicking View items next to these messages.

2.Some products failed to import

If some of your products didn't import, then you can add the products manually.

3.Products imported successfully but aren't published

If any of your products in ShopKeep had their product visibility set to hidden when you exported your data, then those products are imported into Shopify as hidden, as well. If you don't want a product to be hidden, then make it available for the sales channels of your choice.

4.Imported products no longer have their dimensions

If your customers need the dimensions of your product, then add the dimensions directly to the product description.

5.Service products imported as physical products

If you had any service products in your ShopKeep site, then they are imported as physical products in your Shopify store and do not have shipping options included. If your service products require bookings or subscriptions, then you need to install a suitable app to support this.
