管理博客文章的评论

评论可以为您的业务和产品提供对话空间。您可以允许客户评论您的博客文章、禁用评论或允许评论,需等待审核。

备注:您需要至少发布一篇文章才能为博客启用评论。

允许或禁用博客评论

创建新博客时,评论默认为禁用状态。评论设置拥有三个选项:

  • 禁用评论:您的博客的访问者无法对文章发表评论。

  • 允许评论,需等待审核:您的博客访客可以发表评论,但您需要先审核这些评论,然后它们才会显示在您的博客上。

  • 允许评论,并自动发布评论:您的博客访客可以发表评论,并且这些评论无需审核即可显示在您的博客上。

管理评论设置:

PC:

  1. Shopify 后台中,转到在线商店 > 博客文章

  2. 点击 管理 blogs

  1. 点击想要编辑的博客名称。

  2. 评论部分中,选择所需的选项,然后点击保存

苹果系统:

  1. 在 Shopify 应用中,轻触商店

  2. 销售渠道部分,轻触在线商店

  3. 轻触博客文章

  4. 轻触博客文章旁边的 ... 按钮,然后选择管理 blogs

批准或删除评论

如果您选择允许评论等待审核,则必须先批准所有评论,然后才能将这些评论发布到博客。您还可以使用批量操作批准或删除多个评论。

步骤:

PC:

删除垃圾评论

Shopify 会检查所有博客评论中的垃圾评论并标记它们。已标记的评论不会显示在您的博客上,但会显示在您的 Shopify 后台中。您可以手动将评论标记为垃圾评论。

步骤:

PC:

  1. 在 Shopify 后台中,转到在线商店 > 博客文章

Managing comments on blog posts

Comments can provide a place for conversations about your business and products. You can allow customers to comment on your blog posts, disable comments, or allow comments pending moderation.

Allow or disable comments on a blog

When you create a new blog, comments are disabled by default. The comment settings have three options:

  • Comments are disabled: Visitors to your blog can't leave comments on posts.

  • Comments are allowed, pending moderation: Visitors to your blog can leave comments, but you will need to review the comments before they will appear on your blog.

  • Comments are allowed, and are automatically published: Visitors to your blog can leave comments and they will appear on your blog without your review.

To manage comment settings:

PC:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Blog Posts.

  2. Click Manage blogs.

  1. Click the name of the blog you want to edit.

  2. In the Comments section, select the option that you want, and then click Save.

iPhone:

  1. From the Shopify app, tap Store.

  2. In the Sales channels section, tap Online Store.

  3. Tap Blog posts.

  4. Tap the ... button beside Blog posts, and then select Manage blogs.

Approve or delete comments

If you choose to allow comments pending moderation, then you will have to approve all comments before they are published on your blog. You can also approve or delete multiple comments using a bulk action.

Steps:

  1. Select at least one comment.

  2. Click Actions, and then click Approve to publish the selected comments on your blog, or click Delete.

iPhone:

  1. From the Shopify app, tap Store.

  4. Tap the ... button beside Blog posts, and then select Manage comments.

Remove spam comments

Shopify checks all blog comments for signs of spam and flags them. Flagged comments won't be displayed on your blog, but they will appear in your Shopify admin. You can mark comments as spam manually.

Steps:

PC:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Blog Posts.

  2. Click Manage comments.

  1. Select at least one comment.

  2. Click Actions, and then click Mark as spam.

  3. Optional: Click Actions, and then click Delete to remove spam comments from your admin.

iPhone:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Blog Posts.

  2. Click Manage comments.

  1. Select at least one comment.

  2. Click Actions, and then click Mark as spam.

  3. Optional: Click Actions, and then click Delete to remove spam comments from your admin.

Android:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Blog Posts.

  2. Click Manage comments.

  3. Optional: Click Actions, and then click Delete to remove spam comments from your admin.

Note

If a selected comment is mistakenly marked as spam, then you can click Unmark as spam from the Actions dropdown. This will remove the flag and send a notification to Shopify to help improve the spam filters.
