如果卖方有正当理由拒绝买方的退货/退款请求,Shopee鼓励卖方与买方聊天并尝试达成协议。 

如果买卖双方无法达成协议,或者买方由于未收到货款而要求退款,则卖方可以与Shopee提出争议。Shopee的争议代理将评估请求并做出决定。


您需要在提出退货/退款请求之日起3天内提交争议索赔。在以下情况下,您可以将争议提交给Shopee:

  1. 您无法与买方达成协议

  2. 买家声称尚未收到该物品

  3. 物品已从买家那里以损坏或无法接受的状态退还给您

  4. 物品迟到还给您

About Shopee’s dispute process

In cases where there are valid reasons for a seller to deny a buyer's return/refund request, Shopee encourages sellers to chat with the buyer and attempt to reach an agreement. 

If the seller and buyer are unable to come to an agreement, or if a buyer is requesting a refund due to non-receipt, the seller can raise a dispute with Shopee. Shopee's dispute agents will assess the request and come to a decision.


You will need to submit a dispute claim within 3 days from the date the return/refund request was raised. You can submit a dispute to Shopee if:

  1. You're unable to reach an agreement with the buyer

  2. Buyer claims that they have not received the item

  3. Item was returned to you from the buyer in damaged or unacceptable condition

  4. Item was returned to you late
