您可以在订单页面查看并回应您的退货/退款请求。

接受请求并输入一个地址，供买方退还产品。

您也可以聊天与买方，你应该有理由拒绝退货/退款要求，或提出一个争议，如果你是无法达到与买方达成协议。

Processing return/refund requests on Seller Centre

You can view and Respond to your return/refund requests under Return/Refund in the Order page.

Accept the request and enter an address for the buyer to return the product to.

You can also chat with the buyer should you have reasons to deny a return/refund request, or raise a dispute if you are unable to reach an agreement with the buyer.
