Note️注意

您最多可以创建8个自定义消息组，其中最多包含20个消息快捷方式。

1.首先添加快捷方式

Using Message Shortcuts in Chat Assistant

Message Shortcuts in Chat Assistant allows you to create shortcut messages for messages that you frequently send. This helps you save time on answering similar questions and increase your chat efficiency, especially during busy campaign periods where sellers typically experience a surge in queries.

Note 

You can create up to 8 custom message groups containing a maximum number of 20 message shortcuts.

1. Start by adding a Shortcut

2. Enter a Group name for your group of messages and enter the different commonly used message shortcuts you'd like to add in that group, and Save them.

You can then View, Edit, Delete or choose to Disable your existing groups of custom message shortcuts under Message Shortcuts in the Chat Assistant page.

Tip

For sellers with sub-accounts, you can also create message shortcuts for your groups of sellers linked to your main account!
