在争议解决中心,您可以接受买方的建议退款,也可以与您的建议一并提出。



提示:在争议解决中心与买家聊天,以了解退货/退款请求和建议背后的原因。它可以消除误解并帮助有效解决问题。


选择“计数器”将为您提供两个选项:

  1. 退款:您可以选择“退款”选项来对付买家以减少退款。 

  2. 退货和退款:您可以选择“退货和退款”选项来接受买方的建议,并允许买方 在退款之前退还该物品。


向买家提交反退款金额,然后等待买家的回复。 


注意:如果三天内没有响应,则系统将自动接受任何一方的最新提议,无论是否达成任何相互协议。


与Shopee提出争议

在以下情况下,您可以与Shopee提出争议:

  1. 您不同意买方的建议,无法与买方达成共识。

  2. 买家声称在您发货后仍未收到该物品。


Shopee争议代理人将加入“讨论”页面中的对话窗口,以从卖方收集证据并评估情况。 

根据争议证据清单将您的证据提交给Shopee代理,并让我们的代理据此评估情况。

  1. 缩短争议案件的解决时间。

  2. 确保在同一窗口中买卖双方在场时进行顺利的谈判。

  3. 在评估双方的对话和证据后,根据争议的性质做出决定。

Using Dispute Resolution Centre

In the Dispute Resolution Centre, you can either Accept the proposed refund by the buyer, or Counter with your proposal.



Tip:Chat with the buyer in the Dispute Resolution Centre to find out the reason behind the return/refund request and proposal. It can clear up misunderstandings and help to resolve issues effectively.


Selecting Counter will give you two options:

  1. Refund: You can choose the Refund option to counter the buyer for a lower refund. 

  2. Return and Refund: You can choose the Return and Refund option to accept the buyer’s proposal, and allow the buyer to return the item before giving the refund.


Submit a counter refund amount to the buyer and wait for the buyer's response. 


Note:If there is no response in three days, the system will automatically accept the latest proposal by either party, regardless of whether any mutual agreement has been reached.


Raising a dispute with Shopee

You can raise a dispute with Shopee when:

  1. You disagree with the buyer's proposal and are unable to reach a mutual agreement with the buyer.

  2. Buyer claims that they have not received the item after you have shipped it out.



A Shopee dispute agent will join the conversation window in the Discussion page to collect evidence from the seller and assess the situation. 

Submit your evidence based on the Dispute Evidence Checklist to the Shopee Agent and allow our agent to assess the situation accordingly.


The Shopee dispute agent will help to:

  1. Shorten the resolution time of the dispute case.

  2. Ensure a smooth negotiation with the presence of both buyer and seller in the same window.

  3. Arrive at a decision after assessing the conversation and evidence provided by either parties, depending on the nature of the dispute.
