未付款订单是指那些买家已拍下货物，但尚未支付的订单。
购买者未付款的原因：
1.拍下之后，卖方不能及时联系到以确认细节。
2.拍完产品，发现运费太高了。
3.同类商品需要重新比较。
4.付款过程中的问题。
5.对卖主的信誉产生怀疑。
如果卖家店铺产生了未支付订单，建议采用以下技巧：
1.在生成订单之后，立即向买家发送发送站内信件、邮件，或利用Trade Manager及时与买家交流，了解买家对这些“未支付订单”的看法。
2.根据买主的意见，
a.调整价格、运费，以给予折扣，使货物更具竞争力；
b.进一步展示商品，提供图片、细节说明，使购买者对商品质量有更深刻的了解；
c.如买方付款有困难，可主动协助买方解决付款问题；
d.简略介绍自己的企业实力，以增强买主信任和购买信心。
三、如买家未在24小时内付款，亦未作出任何答复，可考虑主动调整价格，系统会自动发出调价邮件，通知买家再次关注订单。
四、有条件的可与买家电话联系。
