wish商户平台移除部分退款原因
为帮助商户和Wish平台更好地追踪退款原因,自2019年1月23日0时(世界标准时间)起,商户端的退款原因仅会保留“店铺无法履行订单,无法配送”、“物品已损坏”和“物品已退回至发货人”,其它退款理由均将被移除。
以下API端点将受到影响:
/order/refund
退款原因代码1、25和32可以在通过API发生订单退款时使用。
世界标准时间2019年1月23日0时后,系统将不再接受其它退款原因且将报错。请在此变更前做出必要的调整。
若产品在运输过程中损坏,请选择退款原因“物品已损坏”。

Refund Reasons (Starting January 23, 2019)
To help merchants and Wish better track the refund reasons, effective January 23, 2019 00:00 UTC, the following merchant refund reasons will the only ones available: “Store is unable to fulfill order, unable to ship,”“Item is Damaged” and “Item Returned to Sender.”
The following API endpoint will be affected:
/order/refund
Refund reason codes 1, 25, and 32 should be utilized when refunding orders via API.Please make the necessary changes ahead of these removals. After January 23, 2019 00:00 UTC, refunds submitted with other reason codes will error out and cannot be utilized.
Please utilize the refund reason ‘Item is Damaged’ if the product is damaged in transit.
