How is chat response measured?
Chat response includes chat response rate and chat response time.
These are updated daily. To achieve a good chat response performance, be consistent in replying to your potential buyers.
Only responses to messages and offers received in the last 90 days are calculated. Higher weightage is given to the most recent 25% of chats received. Auto-replies, FAQ Assistant, games and broadcast messages are not included in the chat response rate calculation.
Note
If you've received less than 2 separate message threads via Shopee Seller Chat in the last 90 days, your chat response rate will not be calculated. Chat messages received after you've enabled Vacation Mode are also not calculated.
