我们为买家提供预计送达日期，以设定买家将收到其订单的预计日期。

当您向账户添加库存时，请告知亚马逊您处理库存中每件商品的订单所需的时间。

• 如果您使用【添加新商品】工具，买家订购商品后，您需要在【处理时间】字段中输入为配送商品做准备所需的天数。

• 如果您使用【库存文件模板】，买家订购商品后，您需要在【备货时间】列中输入为配送商品做准备所需的天数。

注意： 请务必不要将【处理时间】字段留空，因为在没有设置值的情况下，配送设置将默认填写 1-2 个工作日。

您使用的配送方法（美国邮政服务、FedEx 等等）还指定订单送达至买家的时间，这取决于您采用的配送速度。那么，总配送时间是您处理订单的时间（处理时间）加上配送服务将订单送达至买家所需的时间（运输时间）。

配送时间 = 处理时间 + 运输时间

What is the estimated delivery date (EDD)?

EDD is the estimated date when the customer is expected to receive the order. We calculate this date based on how long it takes to ship the item (handling time) and how long it remains in transit.

It is important to enter accurate estimates for handling and transit times to help manage customer expectations.

How do I calculate handling time?

Handling time or the leadtime-to-ship is the time between when the customer places the order and when you give it to the delivery service. There are two ways to provide this estimate.

• If you use the Add a Product tool, enter the number of days you need to prepare the product for shipment after a customer orders it in the Handling time field.

• If you use an Inventory File Template, enter the number of days you need to prepare the product for shipment after a customer orders it in the leadtime-to-ship column.

Note: If you do not enter a value in the Handling time field, the Default Handling Time setting is automatically used. You can view your current default Handling Time setting in the General Shipping Settings tab of the Shipping Settings page.

How do I calculate transit time?

Transit time is the time between when the delivery service gets the order and when the customer receives it. This is calculated based on the carriers (U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and so on) and the shipping rates you choose.

What if the actual delivery date differs from EDD?

The actual delivery date is when the customer receives the order. The carrier will notify Amazon about the actual delivery date only if you provide a valid tracking number while confirming the order. You can see a list of integrated carriers that support tracking information.
