1）跟随奖品名称
此名称不是公开的，仅供卖方参考
2）追踪开始/结束日期
开始时间可以从今天开始，结束时间必须比开始时间晚一天以上
注意：名称不能超过20个字符，最大活动时间为90天！
3）关注奖项类型
目前仅提供优惠券，当买家点击“关注”时，购买者会将其直接领到优惠券钱包中
4）奖励类型
您可以选择折扣或硬币现金返还
5）折扣类型/金额
您可以设置固定的金额或百分比折扣，但请确保它大于商店中的其他优惠券，以使其具有吸引力！
6）最高折扣价
如果您要提供百分比折扣，则可以选择为追随奖金设置最高折扣金额
7）最低购物篮价格
使用优惠券所需的最低消费
8）关注奖金数量
设置总追随奖赏限额，购买者可以为此活动总计申领

How to create a Follow Prize
Step 1
Login to Shopee Seller Centre with your Username and Password
Step 2
Go to 'Marketing Centre' > 'Follow Prize'
Step 3
Click 'Create Follow Prize'
Step 4
To set up a Follow Prize, start by entering the details for 'Basic Info'
1) Follow Prize Name
This name is not public and is for seller's reference only
2) Follow Prize Start/End Date
Start time can be from today and the end time must be more than one day after start time
Note: The name cannot exceed 20 characters and the maximum event length is 90 days!
3) Follow Prize Type
Currently only Voucher is available and the buyer will get the voucher straight to their voucher wallet when they click 'Follow'
4) Reward Type
You can choose either a Discount or Coin Cashback
5) Discount Type/Amount
You can set a fixed amount or percentage discount, but make sure it is larger than other coupons in the store to make it attractive!
6) Maximum Discount Price
If you are giving percentage discount, you can choose to set a Maximum Discount amount for your Follow Prize
7) Minimum Basket Price
Minimum spend required to use the voucher
8) Follow Prize Quantity
Set limit for the total follow prize buyers can claim in total for this event
Note: Claiming a voucher is different from using a voucher. i.e. A buyer may claim but choose not to use the voucher

Complete your 'Follow Prize' creation
For Follow Prize, by default the voucher will be applicable to all products in your shop
Manage Your Follow Prize
View / Edit Details in 'My Follow Prize'
The main Follow Prize page shows all the Follow Prizes that you have created
1) Status
There are three status types:
Ongoing - The Follow Prize is active
Upcoming - The Follow Prize has not started yet
Expired - The Follow Prize has ended
2) Action
You can view/edit details for all of your prizes and can change details or end the event prematurely for ongoing Follow Prizes
View Details in 'My Voucher'
Your Follow Prize Vouchers are also displayed in your "My Vouchers" list along with all your other vouchers
1) Voucher Type Label
You can easily tell apart your Follow Prize vouchers from your other vouchers by looking at the label
2) Follow Prize Details
Click 'Action' on your Follow Shop Voucher and you can see the same details of your Follow Shop voucher directly through the My Voucher Detail Page
Frequently Asked Questions
1) Can I select which products in my shop the Shop Follow voucher can be used for?
No. The Shop Follow voucher can be used on all products in your store by default.
2) Can I have a Shop Follow voucher that ends within the same day?
No, Shop Follow voucher event(s) must last longer than one day and up to a maximum of 90 days.
3) How many Shop Follow voucher can I have ongoing at the same time?
There can only be one ongoing Shop Follow voucher event at any time.
4) I can't make up my mind on the period for my Shop Follow voucher, can I make changes later?
Yes, you can choose the 'Edit' action from the Shop Follow Voucher to change the period for 'upcoming' events. If the event is 'ongoing' (already started), you can only shorten the period (extension is not possible).
5) One of my Shop Follow voucher just ended, can my followers who claimed the voucher still use the voucher?
Yes, the voucher is valid for 7 days after the end date of the Shop Follow voucher event (exact date and time available in 'details').
6) One of my buyers cannot see my Shop Follow voucher, why?
Buyers must meet certain conditions to be qualified for the shop voucher, refer to below.
7) If one of my follower unfollows and follow my shop again during the event, will they receive the voucher?
No, For buyers who were follower before the event, unfollowing the shop and following again during the event period will not grant them the voucher.
8) Do the buyers have to remember the Shop Follow voucher code?
No, the voucher is immediately added to their account as soon as they click the 'Follow' button and can be used immediately thereafter.
9) How is cost accounted for Shop Follow Gift?
By default any cost for providing discount/rewards to the buyer for Shop Follow voucher is borned fully by the seller.
