验证码的目的是确保顺利地将包裹交付给客户。如果交货时不在地址，NinjaVan会尝试致电客户，然后客户可能会提供3位数的验证码以允许他们离开包裹。客户指示将其放在安全的位置。 

买家将收到来自SMS / whatsapp的消息。通过向NinjaVan驾驶员提供验证码，买方已授权驾驶员将包裹留在现场。如果买方向驾驶员提供了密码，Shopee和NinjaVan将不对任何丢失的索赔负责。

What is Verification Code for delivery? [NinjaVan]

The purpose of Verification Code is to ensure the smooth delivery of parcel to customer If they are not at the address at the time of delivery, NinjaVan will try to call the customer who then may provide a 3 digit verification code to allow them to leave the item at a secure location as instructed by the customer. 

The buyer will receive a message from SMS/whatsapp. By providing the verification code to the NinjaVan driver, the buyer has authorised the driver to leave the parcel at a spot. Shopee and NinjaVan will not be liable for any lost claim in cases where buyer provided the code to the driver.
