北京时间2020年4月17日上午11时起，WishPost 智选项目面向所有中国商户开通了比利时路向，商户可利用此项目直接通过 WishPost 直发比利时订单（不包括 EPC Blue 和 A+ 物流计划订单）。

Smart Logistics Program for Belgium-bound orders overview
Effective April 17, 2020 11:00AM Beijing Time, the Smart Logistics Program is launched for all China-based merchants with Belgium enabled as a destination country to drop ship Belgium-bound orders directly via WishPost (i.e., excluding EPC Blue, and Advanced Logistics Program orders).
